The Kearns Group offers a personal one on one
coaching package for small business owners and for
business executives to take your business to the
next level.
The Small Business Package
The small business package will help the small
business owner to focus on what needs to be done
and to help their business be successful. We will
also develop a business package unique to their
business.
This package consists of a free initial consultation
on what you want to achieve with your business.
We will then discuss where you want your company
to go and develop a list of objectives for you and
your business. After an initial consultation we will
set up a time for a weekly 45 minute phone call.
The weekly phone call will consist of a discussion of
the previous week’s goals and how well you did in
accomplishing them. Then we will discuss current
issues that have come up. Finally we will list the
following week’s goals. After the phone call you
will email me a copy of the next week’s goals so
that we will be on the same page. If there are any
issues that come up between phone calls you can
email me. I will get back to you with an email or a
phone call as soon as possible. You will also get a
copy of my monthly newsletter.

manage their time, a team environment and to
prioritize their objectives.
This package consists of a free initial consultation
of your department and what you want to achieve
with your coach. We will then discuss the
objectives given to you and how we should
approach accomplishing them. After an initial
consultation we will set up a time for a weekly 45
minute phone call. The weekly phone call will
consist of a discussion of the previous week’s goals
and how well you did in accomplishing them. Then
we will discuss current issues that have come up.
Finally we will list the following week’s goals. After
the phone call you will email me a copy of the next
