approach to client’s projects and how we

WHEN YOU WORK WITH US, YOU GET A
CLARIFIED DIRECTION
When we develop your goals we determine if
the goals are attainable. Once we determine
that then we go through a process to
prioritize them. Next we develop firm
completion dates. If the goals are long
term, then we break them down into smaller
objectives so that we can monitor the
progress. Finally we determine the
completion criteria.

Having a confidential person to bounce ideas
off of is critical in many businesses.
Business owners and executives cannot go to
their employees. We provide this outlet for
developing ideas.

Working with us as an objective observer we
can discuss how you work and look at various
ways to improve your time management.

We want you to succeed
When you succeed at your goals then we
also succeed. We are like your conscience
looking over your shoulder and guiding you
to succeed. Failure is not an option.

The way we work
First we select the goals that we want to
work on. Then we decide which ones we will
work on first. We then talk by phone once a
week to discuss how you made out on the
previous weeks goals. If they were
completed then great. If they weren’t then
we discuss why they weren’t completed.
Sometimes there were too many things to
complete. Sometimes the goals were set
too high to be completed in only one week.
Sometimes there were other priorities that
crept in since the last discussion.
Finally we discuss the goals for the following
week. All weekly goal monitoring is done by
phone at an agreed upon time. If issues
come up between phone calls then you can
send an email and we will respond as soon
as we can.

We are flexible
Since each person s circumstances are
unique, we design the program to fit your
needs. You will be challenged to succeed.
